• Cancellations up to and including 1 June 2026 will have the course fee fully refunded.

• Cancellations between 2 June 2026 and 11 June 2026 inclusive will have course fees 50% refunded.

• Cancellations on or after 12 June 2026 will not be refunded.

• Attendee name changes are available at any time, without charge.

Attendees are expected to:

• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures of the venue and to be aware of, and report, any potential hazards.

• Act in a courteous, respectful manner at all times when dealing with fellow attendees, venue staff and training staff.

• Not deliberately misuse or damage venue property.

• Not smoke or vape within the training premises, except in designated outdoor smoking areas.

You may not record audio or video of the training course. Copies of the training material will be provided for the use of the attendees of the course only.

You agree that you may be photographed during this event by Bespoke Energy for promotional purposes. If you decline to be photographed, please inform the Bespoke Energy staff on the day.

Training places are limited. Should the event reach capacity and you still wish to register, you will be added to the waitlist.

All dietary requirements are to be advised upon submission of the registration form. Where possible, the venue will do all possible to meet these requirements.

The venue cannot take responsibility for nut and gluten/other allergies, as there maybe traces found in sourced food or food preparation area. Please advise us of any severe allergies that you may have. If very severe, please note we may be unable to offer you appropriate food options.

Bespoke Energy Pty. Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness or injury of its trainers or speakers, acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, war, terrorism, labor strikes, pandemic-related restrictions, or any other unforeseeable circumstances preventing the execution of the training event. In the event of such an occurrence, Bespoke Energy Pty. Ltd. shall notify the other party as soon as reasonably possible. If the event prevents performance for an extended period, the parties may discuss rescheduling or termination of the agreement without penalty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bespoke Energy Pty. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, negligent act, omission or gross negligence or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of production, cost of capital, claims by or through attendees end-clients, loss of business reputation or opportunity or any other commercial or economic loss, arising from or related to the training event or reliance on its contents and material. The total liability of Bespoke Energy Pty. Ltd., whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the attendee for the training event.

Bespoke Energy Pty. Ltd. makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, applicability, or effectiveness of the training materials, and shall not be liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by attendees based on the information presented. Attendees assume full responsibility for their own implementation and interpretation of the training content and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bespoke Energy Pty. Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their reliance on course materials.

All materials, content, and intellectual property provided during the training remain the exclusive property of Bespoke Energy Pty. Ltd. By participating in the training, attendees are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials solely for personal educational purposes. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, share, modify, or otherwise use the materials for any commercial or non-personal purposes, nor make the materials available to any third parties, in any format or medium, without the express written consent of the Bespoke Energy Pty. Ltd.
